Compensation That Rewards Production
Here Realty offers two commission structures. The details — splits, caps, eligibility, and which option fits your business — are discussed during your interview. We don’t put numbers on a page because the right structure depends on you.
Option 1 — Pay It Forward
One annual payment. 100% commission for the full anniversary year — no split on any transaction, buyer side, seller side, or referral. Photography fees are waived. REO transactions are 100% commission.
Option 2 — Tier Split with Cap
A competitive split structure with a defined cap — once you hit it, you keep 100% for the remainder of your anniversary year. Agents above $2.5M in annual gross sales move to a more favorable split automatically.
